Representative Pat Fallon tells Newsmax that President Joe Biden is considering pardoning his son, Hunter.

According to Rep. Pat Fallon, Hunter Biden, the first son, is unlikely to face jail time even if found guilty of gun charges, as reported by Newsmax on Monday night.

Fallon, who is a member of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee investigating allegations against President Joe Biden, spoke about the ongoing trial of Hunter Biden, who is accused of lying about his drug use in 2018 to purchase a gun.

During an interview on “Eric Bolling The Balance,” Fallon predicted that Hunter Biden would not serve jail time, speculating that Joe Biden would likely pardon him if necessary.

The trial for Hunter Biden’s gun charge is set to begin on June 3, amidst allegations of witness tampering and undue influence due to Joe Biden’s recent visit to Hallie Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware.

Joe Biden is expected to go head-to-head with former President Donald Trump in the upcoming presidential election.
