Representative Tenney Tells Newsmax: DOJ’s Action Is an ‘Admission of Guilt’

The Justice Department’s request to set a prison date for whistleblower Devon Archer is seen by Rep. Claudia Tenney as an “admission of guilt” regarding allegations of influence peddling against the Bidens. Archer, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, was set to testify before the House Oversight Committee, with allegations that he would tie then-Vice President Joe Biden to Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings. Committee Chair James Comer accused federal prosecutors of witness intimidation and obstruction for making the prison date request. Tenney believes that the request is an acknowledgment by the Biden administration that Archer’s testimony could implicate Joe Biden. She argues that Joe Biden’s influence and peddling are at the center of the investigation, claiming that without him, Hunter Biden would not have had the opportunities he did. Tenney also suggests that Joe Biden’s lifestyle and wealth indicate that he has earned money beyond his political salaries. She compares the Biden probe to what Democrats have done to former President Donald Trump, calling it a selective prosecution and a witch hunt. Tenney believes that Democrats are searching for any crime to prevent Trump from becoming president again.
