Representative Troy Nehls speaks to Newsmax about Democrats’ intention to dismiss impeachment without a trial, stating that Schumer and the Dems will not proceed with a trial.

Not only will Senate Democrats protect impeached DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas from removal, but Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., will dismiss it before the embarrassment of trial, Rep. Troy Nehls, R-Texas, predicted on Newsmax.

“As soon as they walk over those articles of impeachment to the Senate, what Chuck Schumer’s going to do immediately is he’s going to call for a vote — I think he’ll call for an immediate dismissal,” Nehls told “Saturday Report.”

“He’s not going to allow the House to go through and talk about why we obviously impeached Mayorkas. The Senate’s going to shut this down quickly with Chuck Schumer because he feels that this is just totally, totally partisan.

“I would beg to differ, but Chuck Schumer isn’t going to want to see the Republicans get and make any momentum in the Senate on this next couple of weeks.”

The reversing of former President Donald Trump’s border security polices — including remain in Mexico, ending U.S. catch and release, and building the border wall — were all “by design” by the Biden administration, so they have boldly refused to enforce U.S. laws, according to Nehls.

“It’s despicable, quite honestly, what Joe Biden did on Jan. 20: He reversed all of the Trump-era policies and his policies were rock solid,” Nehls told host Rita Cosby.

“Donald Trump kept America safe and obviously Joe Biden reversed it immediately on Jan. 20 when he is sworn in, and Joe Biden could fix it all tomorrow if he wanted to, but he doesn’t.”

Despite the anticipated quick Senate refusal to hear the Mayorkas impeachment trial — as Democrats forced twice against Trump — Nehls is resolute in saying the House GOP had to do its “job” to deliver the two articles of impeachment, even against certain death in the Democrat-run Senate.

“They’re aiding and abetting trafficking, the human trafficking of girls, women, the fentanyl coming in, so America knows it,” Nehls said. “America is paying attention, and that’s why his approval rating is at 33%.

“We have a wounded duck out there. His name is Joe Biden. And I, as a Republican am not going to do anything to try to help his dismal numbers.

“They’re not concerned about border security. The only one concerned about border security is the Republican Party with H.R.2 and Donald Trump. And the only way we fix the border is bringing Donald J. Trump back in as a 47th president.”

Nehls is author of the book “Borderless by Design: The Democrats’ Plan for One-Party Rule, and How It Aids and Abets America’s Enemies, from Soros and Davos Man to China and the Mexican Drug Cartels.”

“It is all by design,” he told Cosby. “I think even Elon Musk said this is all about one-party rule. It’s about allowing tens of millions of people into this country and eventually they’ll claim amnesty.

“So this is about everybody getting citizenship at some point in time, and their idea and their plan is they’re going to remember which party brought them here. Joe Biden was calling for people not just from Latin America, Mexico, he was calling for people across the entire globe.

“We’ve got men from China coming. They’re coming from Ecuador.”

It is a Democrat vote-stuffing operation in the “long game,” Nehls concluded.

“This is all by design, folks; let’s make no mistake: It’s a long game,” he said. “Eventually they want to give citizenship to everybody. And then it will be, unfortunately, one-party rule forever. It’s a big, big problem for the Republican Party.”
