Republican Representative Tiffany expresses concerns to Newsmax over potential collusion between the Department of Justice and Georgia prosecutors.

Rep. Tom Tiffany, R-Wis., expressed concerns about potential coordination between the Department of Justice (DOJ), Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, and consultant Nathan Wade during an interview on Newsmax.

Tiffany expressed his concerns about their coordination, stating, “It sure doesn’t look right, and that’s another thing that we should get to the bottom of is their coordination that’s going on with Washington, D.C. in particular is their coordination going on with the Department of Justice or the White House, and we need to get to the bottom of that.”

He also suggested that it may be time for the Judiciary Committee to investigate the matter further by going to Atlanta and finding answers.

When asked about the hiring of Nathan Wade and alleged meetings with White House officials, Tiffany emphasized the lack of information available to the public and the need to uncover the truth.

Tiffany expressed his concerns about the allocation of federal funds to the Fulton County District Attorney’s office and the payments made to Nathan Wade as a special consultant. He emphasized the need for transparency and accountability.

Regarding potential actions if illegalities are found, Tiffany stated, “I think it would go back to Fani Willis, and okay, why did you hire this guy? And how are we going to get justice for the American people if there are illegalities that have been going on?”

He also mentioned that the committee has sent a letter to the Georgia attorney general, urging scrutiny of federal funds allocated to the Fulton County District Attorney’s office.
