RFK Jr. Allowed to Stay on New Jersey Ballot, Judge Decides




A decision has been made regarding independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in New Jersey. The New Jersey Monitor reports that after a review by administrative law judge Ernest M. Bongiovanni, it was found that Kennedy did not breach the state’s Sore Loser Law. As a result, Kennedy will remain on the ballot for the upcoming election.
