Robert Wilkie tells Newsmax that Biden’s worldview contradicts D-Day message

Former Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert Wilkie told Newsmax on Thursday that the Obama-Biden worldview directly contradicts the message of D-Day and the U.S. military.

Wilkie stated that their worldview suggests that the U.S. is the root of the world’s issues, believing that the country has stolen its inheritance and oppressed people worldwide. He mentioned that Gen. Colin Powell used to highlight the U.S.’s role in liberating people and places without seeking any material gain, only a place to honor the fallen.

Unlike former President Donald Trump, who acknowledged the contributions of other nations during the Normandy operation, President Joe Biden failed to inspire the better angels of the nation, according to Wilkie.

Wilkie expressed concern that the U.S. is currently perceived as weak and a laughingstock on the global stage due to the administration’s actions.
