Russia Awaits US Input Before Responding to Proposed Ceasefire
The Kremlin stated on Wednesday that it requires a briefing from the United States regarding the results of the U.S.-Ukrainian discussions in Saudi Arabia before it can determine if the proposed ceasefire in Ukraine is agreeable to Russia.
