Russia: US Emergency Hotline Currently Unavailable
The special emergency hotline that was established between the Kremlin and the White House following the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis is currently inactive, according to Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for the Kremlin, in statements released to the TASS state news agency on Wednesday.
