Scharf Tells Newsmax: Biden’s Legal Campaign Is Falling Apart

The Biden campaign is currently attempting to challenge the results of the presidential election in court, rather than through the voting process. However, according to Will Scharf in an interview with Newsmax on Wednesday, their legal strategy, known as “lawfare,” is not succeeding.

Scharf, who is a lawyer for former President Donald Trump and a candidate for Missouri attorney general, explained to Newsmax’s “Newsline” that mainstream media is pushing a narrative that these prosecutions against Trump are legitimate, when in reality, they are not. He highlighted that this is part of an effort by President Joe Biden and his allies to manipulate the 2024 election through the courts, instead of allowing the voters to decide.

He emphasized that the American people are aware of this and reiterated the importance of resolving election disputes at the ballot box, not in the courtroom. Scharf expressed confidence in their legal battles, aside from the ongoing New York criminal case against Trump, noting that they have been consistently winning in various legal challenges.

Most recently, Trump scored a legal victory as an appeals court halted the Georgia election interference case against him while reviewing a lower court ruling on the case.
