Sen. Blackburn: Proposed Legislation Battles ‘Activist Judges’
Senator Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., recently took to the Senate floor to voice her concerns about “activist judges.” Earlier this week, she partnered with Senator Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, to introduce the Judicial Relief Clarification Act, condemning the judges who she claims are using the judicial system to hinder President Donald Trump’s agenda.
