Senate Bill Allowing Doctor-Assisted Suicide in Delaware Does Not Pass in Senate



An bill that would have legalized doctor-assisted suicide in Delaware did not pass in the state Senate on Thursday. The bill had previously passed in the House but was met with a 9-9 tie in the Senate, which is controlled by Democrats. Despite this setback, there is a possibility that the bill could be reintroduced for consideration next week.
