Senator Johnson excited to listen to Trump’s views on solving major issues, tells Newsmax

Senator Ron Johnson spoke to Newsmax on Thursday about the significant challenges facing the United States and his interest in hearing former President Donald Trump’s priorities for addressing them.

During an appearance on “Wake Up America,” the Wisconsin Republican shared that he has a list of concerns to discuss when Trump meets with Senate Republicans in Washington, D.C.

“President Trump stood out among presidential candidates by fulfilling his promises from the 2016 campaign. His track record is indisputable,” Johnson stated. “I am eager to hear his priorities and how he plans to address the damage done by the Democrats.”

Johnson emphasized the need for prioritization in addressing issues like the border, automatic tax increases, the war in Ukraine, and the national debt and deficit.

Regarding the pending sentencing of Hunter Biden, Johnson expressed his hope for equal treatment under the law, emphasizing the need for transparency and accountability.
