Senator Marshall criticizes Biden as ‘spineless’ on border security in Newsmax interview

According to Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., President Joe Biden is being criticized for his lack of action on the immigration crisis at the southern border. In an interview with Newsmax, Marshall expressed his frustration with the $95 billion bill that did not address border issues, calling Biden the “most spineless president” in American history.

Marshall also criticized the lack of collaboration with House Speaker Mike Johnson to include border fixes in the bill, pointing out the absence of leadership in the White House. He believed that simple policy changes could improve the situation but claimed that Biden was not interested in solving the problem.

Fentanyl smuggling across the border was also highlighted by Marshall, emphasizing the impact on American lives. He mentioned the failed bipartisan border bill in the Senate, which he claimed made the situation worse. Marshall doubted Biden’s pledge to take action on his own, citing previous reversals of Trump’s policies that led to an increase in border crossings.
