State Department Confirms Iran’s Abduction of American Journalist
American-Iranian journalist Reza Valizadeh has been held in detention by Iran for several months, as confirmed by the State Department to The Associated Press on Tuesday. “We are informed of the situation regarding the arrest of this individual who holds dual citizenship of the United States and Iran,” stated a spokesperson from the State Department.
