Supreme Court Rejects Appeal from January 6 Rioter
The Supreme Court has decided not to review the appeal submitted by John Nassif from Florida, who was convicted for his involvement in the January 6 Capitol riot. Nassif contended that the statute prohibiting “parading, picketing, and demonstrating” within the Capitol infringed upon his First Amendment rights.
