Tal Heinrich, a spokesperson for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, informed Newsmax that the Biden administration continues to support Israel despite disagreements regarding the conflict with Hamas.

A recent clash occurred between Biden and Netanyahu over Israel’s proposed invasion of Rafah, a city on the southern border of the Gaza Strip. Biden stated on MSNBC that entering Rafah would cross a “red line” for the US, expressing concern for Palestinian casualties.

Heinrich addressed Biden’s remarks on “Newsline,” emphasizing that despite differences, both countries share common goals in resolving the Hamas conflict and securing the release of Israeli hostages.

Expressing gratitude for the administration’s support and moral clarity, Heinrich highlighted ongoing discussions with Washington. They both agree on the need to eliminate Hamas and bring the hostages home, paving the way for potential military action in Rafah.
