Tesla Trial Continues, Executives Arrive at Court
The Tesla trial continues at 10:00 a.m. ET on Jan. 23 as executives and attorneys of the company arrive at the court.
In the case, Tesla’s shareholders filed claims against the company, Elon Musk, and Tesla directors over allegations that Musk fraudulently inflated Tesla stock in 2018 by tweeting that he was considering taking the electric vehicle company private.
