The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has confirmed the existence of around 5,400 emails that potentially show President Joe Biden using fake names while he was vice president. The Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) had requested these emails through a Freedom of Information Act request and subsequently sued NARA for their release. The SLF believes the emails could reveal whether Biden provided government information to his son, Hunter Biden. NARA has acknowledged the emails but has not yet turned them over to the SLF. Additionally, Rep. James Comer has demanded the release of records from Biden’s time as vice president, specifically related to Ukraine and emails signed with pseudonyms.
