Tony Bobulinski alleges perjury by James and Hunter Biden

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., acknowledges that the Democrat-led Senate is unlikely to pursue impeachment proceedings against President Joe Biden. In an interview with Newsmax on Wednesday morning, Comer stated that he is now considering criminal referrals instead.

These criminal referrals may involve allegations of perjury against Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, and his son, Hunter Biden. Former business partner Tony Bobulinski claimed that Hunter Biden committed perjury during closed-door testimony to the House impeachment inquiry.

During Wednesday’s hearing, Bobulinski detailed three instances of perjury by both Hunter and Jim Biden.

“Hunter Biden was given the opportunity to present his side of the story to this committee,” Bobulinski stated in his opening remarks. “Unfortunately, the Biden family’s narrative is one of significant corruption, falsehoods, and perjury.

“It is not surprising that he is absent today, avoiding the chance to answer simple questions in a public forum – a chance he previously insisted on having.”

Among the instances of perjury outlined in Bobulinski’s opening statement, he accused Hunter Biden of lying about:

1. When he started working with CEFC China Energy.
2. Meetings with his father, Joe Biden, regarding his foreign business dealings.
3. Using his father’s influence to pressure CEFC into a $5 million payment.

Bobulinski also accused Jim Biden of lying about:

1. Denying meetings with Hunter Biden, Bobulinski, and Joe Biden.
2. Denying involvement in the Oneida Holdings operating agreement or partnership.
3. Falsely claiming that Bobulinski sought the business opportunity initiated by Hunter and Jim Biden.

“How can the American people uncover the truth when the son and brother of Joe Biden are willing to perjure themselves to protect the family?” Bobulinski asked in his opening statement. “I urge this committee to hold Hunter and Jim Biden accountable for their perjury.”

Bobulinski asserted that the lies he exposed are evidence of the Biden impeachment allegations that Democrats deny.

“Finally, why is Joe Biden misleading the American people?” he concluded. “Why hasn’t he been honest about his interactions with the Biden family’s business partners, both domestic and foreign, including those from countries like China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and others?

“If he has nothing to hide, why go to such great lengths to obfuscate and deny the facts?

“The American people understand why: the Bidens are involved in foreign influence peddling, and their stories don’t align.”
