A recent analysis reveals that President Donald Trump has fielded an impressive 1,009 inquiries from reporters during his first month in office for his second term, sharing his administration’s achievements thus far on Truth Social.

This number far surpasses the 141 questions former President Joe Biden answered in his first month, according to a count released by George Condon of the National Journal on Tuesday.
During Barack Obama’s first month in 2009, he handled a mere 161 questions.
Even comparing to 2017, when Trump took questions from January 20th to February 20th, he is engaging with the press significantly more now than in the past.
In what seem to be almost daily press conferences, Trump has primarily communicated with the media during Oval Office meetings and when signing executive orders.
Reporters in the press pool often pose two to five questions during their interactions in the Oval Office.
“It’s certainly a demonstration of presidential growth,” political scientist and author Martha Kumar commented to the National Journal.
“He’s effectively utilizing the Oval Office. People are drawn in when they see a president speaking from the Oval Office on their screens. They are eager to hear his message.”
Furthermore, earlier this week, Trump shared infographics detailing his administration’s accomplishments so far. He emphasized achievements in the economy, border control, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), and the energy sector since January 20th — the day of his inauguration for a second term.
