President Donald Trump has disclosed plans to install two impressive 100-foot flagpoles on the White House grounds, each showcasing a vibrant American flag.

On Wednesday, during a tour of the North Lawn led by Chief Groundskeeper Dale Haney, Trump informed the media about the upcoming flagpole installations.
He described these features, which he is personally funding, as “gorgeous”—highlighting their significant symbolism and visual appeal.
“We’re erecting a stunning, almost 100-foot-tall American flag,” Trump stated, adding that the two flagpoles will be “of the highest quality.”
“And they’ve been in need of flagpoles for 200 years,” Trump told the press. “I’ve always mentioned it. You know, they don’t currently have a flagpole, so we’re installing one where you saw us, and another on the side atop the mounds. It’s going to be two magnificent poles.”
He further mentioned that the flagpoles will be “funded by” him, with an anticipated delivery to the White House in about a week.
