Trump retaliates against false accusations by Democrats regarding Milwaukee
Democrats are attempting to interfere in the election by trying to shame Donald Trump for reportedly saying Milwaukee “was a horrible city.”
“I want to keep this election nice and honest,” Trump said. “I love Milwaukee and that’s why I picked it.”
Trump called out the “fake news” just before a Black church roundtable, emphasizing that the Democrats are spreading lies to distract from failed policies.
“Every day they have something new,” Trump said. “They have no policy, but all they do is lie.”
Trump is hosting the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee on July 15, strategically chosen as a key battleground state for the presidential election.
Wisconsin is crucial for Trump to win back from Biden, and early polling suggests the election may hinge on this key battleground state.
