In a bid to decrease oil prices, President Donald Trump has decided to withdraw the United States from the Paris Climate Accord and has ordered the maximization of natural resource production in Alaska.

Daniel Turner, the executive director and founder of Power the Future, informed One America News that boosting oil production will lead to a reduction in the prices of various goods and services.

“This change is crucial because President Trump recognizes that energy is fundamental,” remarked Turner. “Affordable, plentiful American energy will drive down the costs of all goods and services and significantly advance the economy.”

Turner contended that similar to the COVID-19 pandemic when former President Joe Biden implemented an emergency for mRNA vaccines, Trump’s declaration of an energy emergency enables the continuation of the Alaska Pipeline production.

“This is where the Trump administration is being very astute,” Turner stated. “Previously, during the COVID emergency declared by the president, individuals were compelled to receive the vaccine.”

“By invoking an energy emergency, the president gains the authority to assert, ‘You cannot protest this pipeline because it is a necessity.’ It’s an emergency,” he elaborated. “You are not allowed to obstruct this process by lying down in traffic because we are facing an emergency.”

With a powerful polar vortex enveloping the nation and bringing severe cold, Turner emphasized the pressing need to boost fossil fuel production.

“The southern region of our country is experiencing freezing conditions not seen in a decade. It’s below freezing in Texas, there’s snowfall in Florida, and should the electric grid fail, lives are at stake. The fossil fuel sector is what supports our electric grid,” he asserted.

Turner also highlighted that Trump’s focus on economic recovery is a means of ensuring American safety.

“We are currently facing an emergency, and I commend the President for prioritizing the safety and economic well-being of Americans,” Turner commented. “This is outstanding news and demonstrates bold leadership. We anticipated nothing less from this esteemed individual.”

Furthermore, Turner remarked that preventing Alaskans from drilling on their own land essentially condemns them to an existence of poverty.

“Alaska possesses every vital metal, mineral, rare earth, oil, gas, and coal necessary to not only energize the country but also support all of our allies,” Turner argued.

“By prohibiting these residents from development, you are condemning them to perpetual poverty,” he continued. “There is nothing admirable about forcing individuals into subsistence living. They desire to grow their state, and President Trump is facilitating that.”
