Mohamed Lamine Mbengue, 21, from Rockville, Maryland, was charged on Friday, while Jonathan Savoy, 45, from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, was charged on Sunday, according to an announcement from the MWAA.

As of February 4th at 4:15 P.M. PT, authorities have released only one mugshot to the media.

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) reported that the two arrested individuals are accused of making unauthorized copies of confidential records.

Both are now facing charges for computer trespass.

ABC News indicated that the arrests are reportedly connected to a video acquired by CNN last week, which provided a clearer perspective of the crash over the Potomac River.

The incident involved a collision between a Black Hawk helicopter and an American Airlines passenger jet, resulting in the loss of all 67 lives aboard both aircraft.

The exclusive “stolen” footage offered a more detailed view of the air disaster, with one clip showing the helicopter maneuvering from the left as the American Airlines flight nears the airport. Another short video captures the moment the Black Hawk, which carried three soldiers, collided with the Bombardier CRJ700 and subsequently exploded.

CNN reported on Friday that the footage was recorded using cell phones.

Mbengue was taken to Arlington County Adult Detention Center and later released, while Savoy was called by the magistrate and also released.
