America is prepared for a modern-day hero like Donald Trump to return to the presidency

This extended period of twilight, marked by the control of post-Reagan America by Democrats and like-minded Republicans, is slowly coming to an end, causing immense discomfort. 

A decline in the dignity of American presidential politics has taken place with the active participation of both political parties. 

Richard Nixon, a well-respected president, who even after 50 years since his resignation, there is no solid evidence of any criminal activities committed, was a traditional patriotic American.

He was so disturbed by the prospect of a presidential impeachment trial, something that had not happened in over a century, that he chose to step down rather than subject the nation to such a disgrace. 

President Nixon, like Truman, Eisenhower, and Lyndon Johnson, never accepted payment for delivering speeches or making appearances after leaving office. 

The landscape has changed significantly since then. 

Democratic Failures 

Four years ago, the country was unaware that it would face 9% inflation, a decrease in the purchasing power of average families and individuals, admission of 10 million illegal immigrants, including many violent criminals, the disastrous military situation in Afghanistan, a war in Ukraine without a clear exit strategy, and a conflicted Middle East policy attempting to appease various groups. 

Had the public known about these issues, the election results might have been different. 

There are also concerns regarding potential irregularities with mail-in ballots that could have influenced the Democrats’ 2020 victory. 

Opponents of the 45th president, Donald Trump, view him as unfit for office and have resorted to extreme measures to prevent his re-election. 

These actions have been more deceitful and reprehensible than any actions Trump could be accused of. 

A Familiar Figure 

Despite accusations against Trump, there is a sense that he has been truthful in denying various allegations made against him. 

The public has not forgotten Trump’s previous term as president, where there was economic prosperity, fair tax distribution, and global peace – factors lacking in the current administration. 

The Democratic nominee lacks a track record of competence, casting doubt on her ability to lead effectively. 

Despite a relentless campaign of political tricks, the public seems unconvinced by the attempts to discredit Trump. 

It appears unlikely that the public will support a re-election for the Biden-Harris administration. 

A Trusted Candidate 

Despite initial reservations, Trump’s past performance and campaign improvements have instilled a level of trust, unlike the doubts surrounding Harris. 

Initially dismissed by the political establishment, Trump has gained a sizeable following over the years and is a strong contender for re-election. 

The current version of Trump is a more compelling candidate than before, having weathered numerous challenges in his political career. 

He will not be underestimated on Election Day.
