Anticipate Donald Trump’s Continued Strikes Against Democrats as He Establishes a ‘Normal’ Order

Team Trump presents a straightforward perspective on border security, equating it with national security. This contrasts sharply with the previous administration’s treatment of the issue as a humanitarian one, granting sanctuary to even the most dangerous criminals in America.

It’s also worth noting how the entire team effectively reinforces this message, as illustrated by last week’s concerted Cabinet-level efforts on the topic.

In New York, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem visited the Brooklyn subway station where a mentally unstable illegal immigrant is accused of setting a homeless woman on fire. At a press conference, she emphasized that even with an ICE-issued detainer for the alleged perpetrator, the city’s “sanctuary” laws prevent cooperation.

This highlights the utter absurdity of extreme sanctuary policies, which protect outright criminals under the guise of . . . what principle? Is it the moral obligation of Americans to be defenseless victims to maintain the perceived righteousness of those who have no right to U.S. citizenship?

Through Noem’s remarks, President Trump is compelling the left to confront its disastrous dedication to “sanctuary.”

On the same day, Vice President JD Vance, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard visited the small town of Eagle Pass, Texas.

Eagle Pass has been overwhelmed by large numbers of illegal migrants due to the Biden administration’s open-border policies, with one influx comparable in size to half of the town’s population (29,000).

In response to this chaos, Biden dispatched 800 troops to the area — to assist the border crossers.

This once again illustrates how Democrats prioritize “welcoming migrants” over the safety of American communities.

By sending Vance, Hegseth, and Gabbard, Trump underscores that the era of “La Invitacion” is over and that national security significantly outweighs the supposed moral high ground that Democrats claim to be achieving through their immigration policies.

Significantly, Gabbard pointed out that of the 100 migrants with suspected terror ties apprehended by Biden in 2024, only eight were actually detained or deported; the rest were allowed to remain in the country.

“Sanctuary” cities and states are now providing protection to them as well.

At every level—city, state, and federal—Democrats have contributed to the border crisis. Team Trump is swiftly addressing this issue while continually reminding voters of the distorted priorities that led to it.

The fact that Trump has reduced border crossings by 98% demonstrates that it was primarily a matter of will — of wanting to take the correct actions.

Republicans are restoring normalcy and rationality, a task that is often disruptive due to the deep-rooted leftist priorities embedded in our government.

Rational Americans won’t consider voting for the Democrats when their principles lead to insanity like “sanctuary” for murderers and terrorists.
