Biden allows Ukraine to deploy long-range missiles

The Issue: President Biden allowing Ukraine to utilize US-supplied long-range missiles against Russia.

It’s noteworthy that President Biden, nearing the end of his term, has seemingly emerged from his “nap on the beach” to approve Ukrainian strikes using US-made missiles in Russian territory (“US & Kyiv strike a blow,” Nov. 20).

In the meantime, President-elect Donald Trump is anticipated to address the Ukraine-Russia conflict in a more peaceful manner.

Will Biden pass on an ongoing war to Trump?

Most likely.

Biden’s actions resemble someone at a bar who hears “last call” and lines up all their drinks before the doors close: He seems determined to cause as much damage as possible before leaving office.

A pardon for his son, Hunter, may not be far behind.

It appears that Joe Biden is saving his most aggressive foreign-affairs decisions for the final days of his presidency.

Recently, Joe approved Ukrainian use of American-made long-range missiles to target Russia.

This action upset Vladimir Putin as it marked the first time such long-range hardware was approved for Ukraine’s use during a period of significant Russian casualties.

Washington insiders have long criticized Biden for his lack of expertise in foreign policy matters.

However, few anticipated an evil side to him.

His parting gift to Trump is a real “gotcha,” one for which Trump is unlikely to send a thank you card.

Another deadly mistake on Biden’s disappointing 50-year foreign-policy track record.

The Trump administration will demonstrate how we can coexist peacefully, showcasing American strength with peace achieved through power.

Where are NATO, the United Nations, and the European Union?

Their current efforts have fallen short.

There has been a substantial amount of death and destruction under Biden’s watch.

Biden has consistently made erroneous foreign policy decisions during his time in office.

Initially, he limited Ukraine to using American planes and missiles for defensive purposes, which was a mistake.

Now, in his wisdom, he has granted them permission to use these resources as they see fit.

This appears to be an escalation right before the new president assumes office.

The Issue: Vice President Kamala Harris’ $1.5 billion campaign spending spree.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign expended over $1 billion attempting to convince us that she embodies the average middle-class American (“Kam burnt cash to fuel jets,” Nov. 17).

We repeatedly heard about her upbringing in a middle-class household and her pledge to stand up for us, the hard-working middle class.

But where did her billion-dollar campaign funds go?

Reports indicate that Oprah and Beyonce each received $1 million for campaign appearances.

However, Beyonce did not even perform.

The celebrities Harris paid should rally contributions from the elites to cover her campaign debt.

I am among the army of small-money Trump donors who do not wish to bail them out.

Harris raised $1 billion for her campaign.

She did not win the election, and her campaign concluded in debt.

Trump’s expenses were considerably lower.

He interacted more with voters, achieved his objectives, and likely has a surplus.

By this measure alone, we see that the country made the right choice for managing our federal budget.
