Bloomberg Reports on ‘Spies Who Lied’: Journalist Connects DEI’s Decline to the Resurgence of Jim Crow and More
Chronicle of unsettling misinformation and perilous fantasies
This tweet:
Our stance: Incorrect. Trump revoked their security clearances because they are not trustworthy.
These are the Deceptive Spies — deliberately misinforming the public right before the 2020 election by claiming The Post’s findings about Hunter Biden’s laptop were simply a “Russian disinformation campaign.”
Their tactics, aimed at securing Joe Biden’s win, were successful. Even though the details were undeniably accurate.
This comment:
Our response: Harwood appears to believe that President Trump’s initiatives to eliminate racial biases and ineffective, divisive DEI programs from government imply he is on the verge of reinstating Jim Crow laws.
How could anyone so irrational consider themselves a legitimate journalist?
Identify the discrepancy:
“What is winter without snow? Our children are discovering the answer.”
— Washington Post, Feb. 2, 2024
vs.
“Winter storm brings harsh cold, paralyzing snow to Southeast”
— Washington Post, Tuesday
Our view: Oops. According to WaPo’s Caitlin Gibson, climate change is meant to eliminate snowfall.
At least, until a significant amount falls, resulting in “crippling” conditions in the Southeast. Guess that’s also climate change’s fault.
This assertion:
“You can’t simply fabricate a story and blindside the audience. This is CNN.”
— Jim Acosta, Wednesday
Our take: Is spinning stories not possible on CNN? Who would have thought?
They must have implemented a new policy recently, as the network has been telling tales for years.
What are some examples? CNN championed the Russia Collusion Hoax, wrongly portrayed high-schooler Nick Sandman as an aggressor, endorsed Jussie Smollett’s allegation of being assaulted by MAGA supporters, pushed “top scientists’” claims denying that COVID originated in a lab, and much more.
