Continued attacks on Trump by Democrats are only fueling his ego.

The “Get Trump” Democrats are excited about the former president being in a Manhattan courtroom for the Stormy Daniels hush-money trial while the current president is on the campaign trail.

They have started calling Donald Trump “Hitler Pig” in emails and messages among White House staff, campaign aides, and other Democrats close to the administration, according to Politico.

Joe Biden’s promise to bring civility back to politics seems unconvincing, much like his other claims about stopping inflation and not discussing overseas business dealings with his son.

Behind closed doors, the president reportedly refers to Trump as a “sick f–k” and a “f–cking a–hole.”

Biden must be frustrated that despite all the legal challenges thrown at Trump by the DOJ and Democratic prosecutors, public sympathy continues to grow for the former president, giving him a significant media presence. Trump seems to have a talent for turning legal challenges into positive polling results.

Out of all the cases to go to trial first, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s hush-money case against Trump seems feeble and embarrassing. The case revolves around allegations that Trump had an affair with a porn star, Stormy Daniels, and paid her off to keep quiet before the 2016 election, a claim he denies.

Bragg has tried to portray the case as election interference, accusing Trump of concealing damaging information to sway the 2016 election. However, critics argue that Bragg’s focus on this case is misguided when violent criminals roam the streets.

Giving thugs a pass

While violent criminals are on the loose, Bragg is prioritizing charges against Trump for alleged false business records related to hush-money payments, transforming a misdemeanor into a felony by linking it to campaign-finance violations.

Cohen, a disgraced former lawyer with a vendetta against Trump, is the star witness in the case. Curiously, Trump’s lawyer Bob Costello, who could testify against Cohen, has not been called upon to do so, raising suspicions among Trump’s allies about the motivations of his defense team.

Finger-pointing

Fingers are pointing at Trump adviser Boris Epshteyn, described as a “control freak” and blamed for causing tensions within Trump’s legal team. Costello remains Trump’s key witness, and it is puzzling why he has not been included in the case.

Ultimately, this trial, like other legal battles against Trump, is seen as a distraction from corruption revelations about the Bidens and efforts to prevent Trump from regaining power. The involvement of Democratic figures like Bragg and Colangelo in the case is seen as part of a larger political attack strategy.
