Democrats Turn Biden Documents Hearing into a Comedy Show Inspired by The Three Stooges
Special Counsel Robert Hur was questioned for four hours on Tuesday by President Biden’s allies in Congress who challenged him for questioning Biden’s intelligence.
Despite their efforts, the event turned into a comedic farce reminiscent of the Three Stooges.
Hur’s recent report found that Biden had violated federal law by “willfully retaining and disclosing classified materials.”
However, Hur expressed concerns about prosecuting Biden due to the possibility of jurors perceiving him as “an elderly man with poor memory.”
During the House Judiciary Committee hearing on Hur’s report, Democrats accused Republicans of trying to re-elect the former president and focused on the potential negative repercussions of highlighting Biden’s mishandling of documents.
Democrats attacked Hur, accusing him of being a Republican supporter looking for a reward if Trump wins re-election.
Multiple Democrats twisted Hur’s words and interrupted him during the hearing.
Republicans questioned at what point in Biden’s life he became too incompetent to be held responsible for breaking the law.
Despite findings of Biden violating federal law by retaining classified documents, Hur chose not to recommend criminal charges, which puzzled some Republicans.
The hearing also revealed instances where Biden falsely accused Hur of certain claims, showcasing moments of incompetence and confusion from the president.
The White House intervened to censor remarks about Biden’s mental capacity in Hur’s report, highlighting a broader issue of excessive government secrecy.
Both Biden and Trump, along with other politicians, have been ensnared in bureaucratic controversies that aim to shield information from the public, fueling calls for greater transparency in government.
