The Problem: The unexpected detonation of thousands of pagers used by Hezbollah members in Lebanon.

Regardless of who triggered the explosion, Hezbollah members and their supporters shouldn’t be surprised by the simultaneous detonation of their pagers (“Beep beep boom!” Sept. 18).

Inflicting death and chaos has always been their modus operandi.

When you play with fire, you should expect to get burned.

Calling out all left-wingers and mainstream media outlets: If you think the Israeli strike on Hezbollah militants was indiscriminate, then you are part of the issue.

One has to admire the Israeli nation.

They are astute.

They didn’t waste time disclosing their intentions because they understand the weakness of the US government and how our leaders avoid confronting challenges.

The Biden administration would have hesitated and advised against it.

The Israelis mean business.

They were attacked, and they will retaliate with all their might.

They are taking the right steps.
