Mayor Adams has been indicted with federal corruption charges, including bribery and fraud (“ ‘I am a target,’ ” Sept. 26).
Questions arise as to why it took so long to indict him.
From the beginning, signs of trouble were present, with his close association with Lamor Whitehead, a dubious pastor.
Adams is not the worst mayor in my lifetime, but definitely the most corrupt.
As a registered Democrat, I did not support his election.
