George Clooney Urges Biden to Withdraw from Race, Correspondences
The Issue: George Clooney and other prominent Democrats call for President Biden to exit race.
Just when I thought the embarrassment brought on our country by the Democratic Party could not get any worse, enter George Clooney (“Joe ‘Cannot Win’: George,” July 11).
Why does an actor’s opinion on this matter hold any relevance as to what needs to be done with a man in power who poses a serious risk to the security of our country?
In a properly functioning government, President Biden would be compelled to undergo a cognitive test the day after his alarming and revealing performance on June 27.
This outrageous “Weekend at Bernie’s” show has made us a laughingstock around the world and needs to be stopped immediately if we are to have any hope of salvaging our country’s damaged reputation.

George Clooney is now calling for Biden to drop out of the race, but did he really believe that Biden was mentally capable before he and other Hollywood elites held that fundraiser for him?
Do all the people who made contributions on George’s recommendation get their money back?
If not, who will have control of that warchest?

I suspect that all of the Democrats and Hollywood elite who are throwing Biden under the bus are doing so only because they see he can’t win as the veil covering his impairment has been lifted (“Dems’ (Polite) Civil War,” July 11).
If Biden were still leading in the polls, it wouldn’t matter.
They’d still be saying he’s as sharp as a tack.

Suddenly, since Biden’s catastrophic debate performance, it’s fashionable to publicly criticize him, call on him to end his presidential campaign or even step down from office.
Where were George Clooney and all his Hollywood friends three years ago when Biden was already showing signs of dementia?
Ever since donors started pulling out and Biden’s poll numbers began to slide, the Democratic Party, Hollywood and the mainstream media who had been complicit with the cover-up started to admit the truth about Biden’s mental decline.
What we are now witnessing is too little, too late.

What happened in three weeks?
All of a sudden George Clooney and his big-donor, Hollywood-elite friends turn against Biden.
What a bunch of hypocrites.
They must have known all along he was not fit to run the country.
They are realizing he can’t beat former President Donald Trump and so they turn their backs on him; they couldn’t care less about this country, let alone Biden.
They were willing to keep Biden in office when they knew he wasn’t capable of running the country, just with the hopes that he could beat Trump.
Let’s hope Trump wins and all these liberal movie stars and big donors flee the country.
