Hamas Demonstrates Why Gaza Is Beyond Rescue

Their faces. So young. So beautiful.

Frozen in snapshots, they gaze out — smiling and innocent. Filled with curiosity about a future they will never know. Countless hours, days, weeks, and years are lost to them.

The boys will never marry. Experience the tenderness of a lover’s kiss. Hold down jobs.

Celebrate Bar Mitzvahs. Read and write with confidence. Ride their bicycles.

Climb trees. Grow old.

I can’t glance at the charming faces of Kfir and Ariel Bibas without tears welling up.

These tiny, red-haired boys were taken from this world on October 7, 2023, by terrorists enraged by their Jewish identity. They were abducted alongside their mother, Shiri Bibas.

Ariel was just 4 years old and Kfir a mere 9 months when they were slain by Hamas.

Their bodies were exhibited by Hamas on Thursday in a vile demonstration of bloodlust and deceit.

Israel mourned the return of these innocent lives.

Meanwhile, in New York City this week, following the announcement of the return of the boys’ bodies along with two others, a group of terrorist-supporting anti-Semites protested in Borough Park, Brooklyn, a neighborhood with a mostly Jewish community.

“Zionists go to hell,” they proclaimed in song.

Do they have no shame? Do they lack a soul?

Hamas has exposed their true character. They are monsters who kill children and exploit their coffins as stage props.

They have committed unspeakable atrocities and must be pursued relentlessly. Our patience is at an end.

If it means relocating the people of Gaza to nations that have supported these terrorists, then so be it.

No more innocent children should perish to the sounds of celebration.

Never again.
