Iran supplies more missiles to Russia, showcasing the defiance of US adversaries against Biden-Harris administration
Recent reports show that America’s enemies, such as Iran, are openly disregarding President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Iran has reportedly supplied Russia with hundreds of short-range ballistic missiles, as detailed by The Wall Street Journal.
These missile exports, in addition to drones from Iran and missiles from North Korea, will support Moscow in attacks on civilian areas in Ukraine. Despite ongoing threats from the US and Europe, Iran continues to defy these warnings.
The Biden-Harris administration consistently issues warnings but fails to take meaningful action in response. This pattern applies to various situations, like Biden warning Putin before the invasion of Ukraine or Harris addressing issues at the US-Mexico border.
It is evident that Harris would inherit similar advisors to Biden’s, potentially leading to even softer approaches to foreign policy. The current administration hesitates to confront Iran due to fears of escalating tensions in the Middle East.
Iran’s strategy involves destabilizing Israel through various proxy attacks in the region while avoiding direct conflict with Israel. Some speculate that Biden’s status as a lame-duck president could hinder a strong response to these threats.
From the start of his presidency, Biden’s approach to national security has been criticized, including his handling of border policies, Afghanistan withdrawal, and Iran sanctions. Harris, lacking significant foreign policy experience, is expected to follow the Obama-Biden playbook.
If America wants to prevent further humiliation and betrayal of allies, a different approach will be needed from the Harris-Walz administration.
