It’s high time for Hunter Biden’s 51 spies who deceived to be brought to justice.
In the ongoing attempt to hide the truth about the Hunter Biden laptop, there was a revealing exchange between Dan Goldman, a New York Democrat, and August Pfluger, a Republican and former fighter pilot, in the House Homeland Security Committee recently.
Pfluger proposed a bill to cut funding for any deceptive “intelligence experts” group that Homeland Security’s Alejandro Mayorkas might use to censor Americans and interfere in elections under the guise of fighting “disinformation.”
Given past incidents like the “Dirty 51” letter from intelligence officials who falsely claimed Hunter’s laptop was Russian disinformation, Pfluger’s bill is necessary.
Goldman, a former prosecutor trying to downplay any damaging information about the Biden family, defended the Dirty 51 officials who spread the false narrative about the laptop being Russian disinformation.
Four years later, none of the 51 have retracted their false statement. Some have even reinforced the lie despite the FBI confirming the laptop’s authenticity.
Months ago, the same laptop was presented in a Delaware court as evidence against Hunter in a gun felony case, confirming its authenticity. It was also cited in his tax indictment in California, to which he pleaded guilty.
The Dirty 51 included five former CIA directors who were later appointed by Mayorkas to his Homeland Security intelligence group, which was disbanded after public outcry.
Pfluger’s bill aims to prevent the politicization of intelligence in any administration.
Laptop Truth Revealed
The courtroom appearance of the laptop exposed the Dirty 51’s deception. Their attempt to claim ignorance about the laptop was met with skepticism.
Goldman tried to justify their actions by suggesting they lacked access to FBI evidence files, but this excuse falls short as they played a role in influencing the 2020 election.
Some former officials who signed the letter endorsing Kamala Harris as a capable candidate have shown bias against Trump.
Goldman’s defense of the Dirty 51’s lie was misleading, as the FBI confirmed the laptop’s authenticity.
Pfluger proposed bringing the officials before the committee for a polygraph test, but Goldman did not agree.
There is ongoing scrutiny over the legality of the Dirty 51’s actions, with Trump refusing to appear on “60 Minutes” due to past misinformation.
