Judge rules that Biden administration attempted online censorship

Advocates for free speech find the image of Nina Jankowicz singing her controversial “Mary Poppins of Disinformation” tune chilling.

Known as the “Disinformation Czar,” Jankowicz went viral with a TikTok parody of “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” to promote censorship.

When news broke of President Biden’s plan to appoint Jankowicz to lead the Department of Homeland Security’s new “disinformation board,” Fox News accused her of intending to censor speech.

Amid backlash, the board was put on hold, and Jankowicz resigned in 2022, later suing Fox News for defamation.

The case was dismissed on Monday by Chief Judge Colm Connolly (D. Del.), who not only found it legally baseless but also refuted claims, like Jankowicz’s, that they are not engaging in censorship.

The Biden Administration’s collaboration with social media to target conservative sites has raised concerns about censorship.

These players were quick to silence critics when criticized, painting themselves as victims with media support.

Jankowicz took the narrative further and solicited funds post-resignation to sue those labeling her a censor, a move I criticized for intimidating critics.

The lawsuit reflected Jankowicz’s tendency to label criticism as “defamation,” akin to how she labeled opposing views as “disinformation.”

Judge Connolly dismissed these claims, asserting that Jankowicz’s actions were forms of censorship, dismantling her defense.

However, in the current censorship landscape, truth itself can be viewed as disinformation by the Biden-Harris Administration.

I have previously testified about censorship efforts by government agencies like CISA, which now oversees “cognitive infrastructure.”

Despite setbacks, the anti-free speech movement persists, funded by millions targeting dissenting voices.

The emerging censors are now corporate and mainstream, turning free speech into a commodity for control and profit.

Despite the challenges, distinguishing censorship is crucial for true wisdom and understanding.

If individuals like Jankowicz continue silencing critics for profit, it’s important to accurately call them what they are: censors.
