Kamala Harris and Joe Biden held responsible for Tren de Aragua’s infiltration in New York.
Residents should be aware that acts of prostitution, robbery, murder, and assaults might be on the rise in their neighborhoods, if they haven’t already experienced them.
The Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua has expanded its operations significantly into New York City and other cities in America, taking advantage of the open borders policy of the Harris-Biden administration.
A recent report by The Post highlighted Tren’s swift expansion into a criminal empire in the US.
Operating from taxpayer-funded city shelters, Tren coerces migrants as young as 15 to join their ranks, traffics illegal guns and drugs (including the dangerous “pink cocaine” laced with fentanyl), runs brothels, and deploys criminals posing as Uber delivery drivers on mopeds to commit robberies in New York City.
They have transformed a stretch of Queens Roosevelt Avenue into the “Market of Sweethearts” red-light district filled with prostitutes and individuals selling stolen goods.
Migrant teens roam the streets committing robberies and muggings, threatening individuals with firearms or knives until they surrender their money, phones, and other possessions.
The gang members have shown no hesitation in openly firing at police officers, knowing that in Venezuela they would often escape punishment.
Although the NYPD has made efforts to apprehend Tren members, including a recent arrest of two dozen migrant teens linked to 21 robberies, the gang’s presence continues to grow in the city.
TDA went from being insignificant to a well-organized criminal operation in New York City in just over a year.
A veil of secrecy protects the top leaders of the gang, as arrested members are willing to cooperate on other crimes but remain silent on Tren.
As highlighted by NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny, “Not every migrant is here to commit crimes”; many migrants have come to the US seeking to escape from gangs like Tren.
One Venezuelan migrant shared with The Post: “I wouldn’t want the violence I grew up with to start here… I brought my kids here so they wouldn’t have the experiences with criminals like how it is over there.”
The open borders policy of the Harris-Biden administration has resulted in the influx of unvetted migrants, leading to the resemblance of American cities to the dangerous streets of Caracas and Maracaibo.
Some TDA members have entered the country through official channels like the Biden-Harris CBP One app, which has allowed 1.3 million migrants to enter, and other alternative pathways created to downplay the number of illegal immigrants entering the country.
The administration’s policies are inadvertently importing crime into the country, while President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris appear unconcerned.
Biden has been mainly absent, spending time on a Delaware beach since withdrawing from the race, and Harris has voiced support for granting amnesty to migrants who cross the border illegally, neglecting the well-being of average Americans affected by these issues.
Unless voters elect leaders committed to securing the border and eliminating Tren de Aragua, gang violence, murder, and chaos will only escalate.
The fate of American cities hangs in the balance this November.
