Left-wing media attempts to conceal Joe’s apparent cognitive decline, DHS chief Alejandro Mayorkas feigns Biden’s display of ‘leadership,’ and other news stories.
Journal of deceptive disinformation and perilous illusions
Accusation:
“An insidious trend in right-wing media . . . [is] to take highly misleading and selectively edited videos . . . to cast doubt on President Biden’s fitness.”
— MSNBC’s Nicole Wallace, Monday
Our response: Biden apologists like Wallace seem to be following the White House’s lead, which dismissed revealing videos of the president as “cheap fakes.”
However, viewers can see for themselves Biden freezing up at a Juneteenth concert and an LA fundraiser and wandering off at the G-7.
This aligns with his noticeable decline since taking office, evident in his increasingly awkward gait and his slurred and confused speech.
The only “cheap fakes” being circulated are those produced by the White House and its media supporters.
Assertion:
“The steps I’m taking today are overwhelmingly supported by the American people.”
— President Biden, Tuesday
Our response: Biden can claim all the support he wants for his latest illegal mass-amnesty actions.
However, polling from CBS News — not a right-wing, Biden-critical source — reveals that a significant 62% of Americans favor a national program to deport all illegal immigrants.
Claim:
“I put my hand on her . . . And the lumps that were there were no longer there.”
— Rep. Cori Bush, in a recently surfaced 2022 interview
Our response: Far-left Squad member Rep. Cori Bush has made some extraordinary statements, especially regarding Israel and its conflict with Hamas terrorists.
However, her claims of miraculous healings — which she detailed in a 2022 autobiography and reiterated in a PBS interview that same year — truly stand out.
How can an individual like this hold a position in Congress?
Boast:
“We have taken action in the face of congressional inaction repeatedly. And that is what is called leadership.”
— DHS boss Alejandro Mayorkas, Tuesday, on Biden’s mass-amnesty steps
Our response: Hmm. President Biden previously claimed he lacked the authority to take any action to address the border crisis.
Yet, as the ’24 election approaches and the border remains a key concern for voters, Biden declared newfound powers to limit illegal migrant crossings.
However, this proved to be a facade, as thousands continue to cross daily.
Now Mayorkas boasts that Biden’s recent mass amnesty showcases “leadership.”
But it clearly evades the constitutional requirement for Congress to approve such significant changes.
It also demonstrates that the president prioritizes radical open-borders advocates over the concerns of the majority of the country. Is that true “leadership”?
