Letters from the Most Wanted CEOs: A Card Deck
The Concern: The “most sought-after CEOs” card deck presented by James Harr’s Comrade Workwear.
Can anyone question that our society has reached a disturbing new low with the creation of playing cards featuring details about CEOs from companies he disapproves of (“‘Marked’ cards for CEOs,” Dec. 16)?
James Harr, the founder of Comrade Workwear, is an avowed socialist who perceives an opportunity arising from our lax societal standards. He ought to face prosecution.
Indeed, he issues a disclaimer stating he does not promote violence. This disclaimer follows the tragic death of an innocent father of two on our streets.
Shame on Harr — not that he possesses the capacity for shame.

The Post is failing its readers by labeling despicable individuals like Harr as liberals, socialists, or even disturbed.
Individuals who openly promote the public execution of others are not merely deranged; they are classic anarchists.
They seek to dismantle all American democracy and replace it with a totalitarian regime of their choosing.

Harr must take pride in his concept of creating card decks that display the names, faces, and other details of selected corporate CEOs.
His flawed venture is unsettling on many fronts. There are constraints on free speech; one cannot defame, libel, or slander another person.
Creating a clear and present danger to public safety is also prohibited. Additionally, obscenity, distinct from artistic or scientific portrayals of sexuality, remains unlawful.
While he may not be directly implicated in any potential CEO assassination, his actions contribute to an environment where such atrocities could occur.
This poses a significant risk to public safety, not only to Harr’s targeted individuals but also to any bystanders who could be harmed.

Where is Merrick Garland?
If Harr is not apprehended for inciting violence and placing a target on individuals, then there is a serious issue within our justice system.

The Concern: The conclusion of the Biden era signals the end of President Barack Obama’s policy vision.
Victor Davis Hanson astutely analyzes the negative impact inflicted on Americans over the past 16 years by former President Barack Obama (“2024 Killed the Obama Mystique,” Dec. 16).
Obama’s intent appeared to be dismantling the pillars of democracy while deceptively allowing our nation to erode from within.
He employed a classic divide-and-conquer strategy during his two terms, continuing to undermine President-elect Donald Trump’s first term and attempting it with our current President, Joe Biden.
Obama’s critical error was underestimating the American populace — who ultimately saw through the divisive policies and falsehoods propagated by leftist Democrats.
Voters delivered a clear message to the 44th president — “nyet.”

Barack Obama, once a political darling, has diminished in influence.
His foreign policy involved appeasing tyrants in Iran, and his domestic policy was riddled with falsehoods. (“If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.”)
Since leaving the White House, he has taken on a scolding tone, blaming black men for not supporting his losing candidate last month. Obama was merely a fleeting political trend.
