Letters: Pro-Palestinian Protests Erupt at DNC in Chicago
The Issue: Protests at the Democratic National Convention over its stance on the Israel-Hamas war.
Democrats are against a fence at the southern border but support a fence to protect their own gathering in Chicago. It’s ironic how this contradiction plays out. Protesters at the DNC fight against an institution that has supported Israeli actions in Gaza. They demonstrate against the corrupt political system in the country.

Despite her position, Harris has not made significant changes in three years and has faced criticism for various decisions.
