Lunden Roberts Reveals Bidens’ Refusal to Acknowledge Daughter’s Existence
Throughout a tumultuous legal battle involving paternity and child support, Hunter Biden has provided little more than turmoil to Lunden Roberts, yet she has gracefully extended forgiveness to him and his family.
In interviews promoting her upcoming book, “Out of the Shadows: My Life Inside the Wild World of Hunter Biden,” set to release on August 20, Roberts portrays a remarkably charitable perspective on the events, acknowledging that neither Hunter nor any other member of the Biden family has met his 5-year-old daughter, Navy Joan.
Despite being the abandoned mother of the child denied the Biden surname, Roberts attributes much of Hunter’s troubling behavior to his substance abuse issues, even going as far as to defend him by stating that he is not the villain depicted by the media.
Describing Hunter as a complex and charming individual, Roberts has displayed remarkable patience for the sake of their young daughter, who was initially denied the Biden name to avoid tarnishing the family reputation.
Contrastingly, the treatment of Roberts and her daughter by the Biden family has been less than favorable, with accusations of toxic behavior and disdain directed towards them until public pressure compelled the Bidens to acknowledge their granddaughter last July.
Unlike the perfect image they portray, the Bidens are not without dysfunction, with scandals such as Hunter’s relationships with his brother’s widow and Roberts, among others, making the headlines. Roberts reveals these and other encounters in her book, highlighting the challenges she faced as a result.
Their hypocrisy lies in promoting family values while cruelly denying their own granddaughter a place in their narrative. Roberts remains composed despite the discrimination, choosing to focus on the positive aspects of Hunter’s character while acknowledging his shortcomings.
Roberts’ book delves into the intricacies of her relationship with Hunter, shedding light on his altruistic gestures alongside his problematic behavior. She reveals the struggles she faced in obtaining child support and the partial resolution she eventually received, in addition to Hunter’s attempts to be involved in their daughter’s life.
While the actions of the Bidens continue to raise questions, Roberts maintains a sense of hope and understanding, emphasizing the importance of doing the right thing and extending patience to Hunter during his difficult times.
Hope springs eternal.
