My home is a war zone in Tren de Aragua — yours may be next
I found myself living in fear in my own home this year like never before.
In 2023, changes started to surface in my apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado, just a short distance from Denver.
Reports by local media, as stated, revealed that illegal Venezuelan migrants were being brought into the area starting in December 2022, without any prior notice to us.
A Venezuelan prison gang known as Tren de Aragua began to take control of my apartment building, introducing sex trafficking and violent crime to our community. They patrolled the building armed, knocking on doors and demanding keys from residents.
Life became unbearable as they disrupted our peace by playing loud music, intimidating us with their firearms, and causing disturbances within the building premises. They gradually seized control of multiple units in my building.
They even went as far as changing the locks or doors of the buildings, stopped people at gunpoint in the parking area, and engaged in other threatening activities.
I sought help from law enforcement, but they claimed their hands were tied.
As I became the last leaseholder in my building, I set up cameras inside and outside my home in hopes of evidence to prompt police action if needed.
The situation escalated on Aug. 18, with armed gang members trying to break into a neighbor’s home, sparking a gunfight that led to injuries and even a death. The violent incident was captured on video, proving the dire state of affairs in Aurora.
Despite the evidence, law enforcement failed to take action due to political considerations, forcing me to leave the property ten days later.
In the wake of these events, I discovered the harsh reality of illegal immigrants causing chaos across America due to Harris’ policies, endangering the lives of citizens on a daily basis.
The Democrats have ignored my plight and countless others affected by criminal activities perpetuated by illegal immigrants.
While Harris and Biden’s policies have allowed millions of unvetted illegal immigrants to enter the country, putting American lives at risk, elected officials must prioritize national security over foreign criminals.
As Kamala Harris tries to mask the truth about the surge in violence and gang-related crimes, I stand as a testament to the threats posed by these individuals and urge others to remain vigilant.
