He slandered two Georgia poll workers by accusing them of fraud.

In court, Giuliani admitted his statements were false, only to repeat them outside the courtroom.

The workers have every right to feel wronged.

However, the staggering $148 million judgment against him seems excessive and unjust.

Giuliani’s actions did not warrant such drastic consequences, similar to the hefty fines imposed on Donald Trump in New York that seem more retaliatory than just.
