Security is ubiquitous in America, except at the border
Security mismeasurements
I’m discussing America today. And complaining about other NYC and USA procedures and practices:
Just to attend a regular low-level party, a law-abiding taxpaying citizen must show the contents of their wallet. Passengers need to pass through metal detectors before boarding a plane.
In some buildings, security requires individuals to show their government-issued driver’s licenses before using the elevator.
When cashing a check, they scrutinize everything except your blood platelets.
And: To legally enter our country, one must study questions, answers, and history for years just to pass a citizenship test.
However, the confused Biden allows millions of thieves, drug dealers, and anarchists to easily enter our country and take over our freedoms, religion, language, professions, housing, laws, schools, and hospitals.
He permits it everywhere. Except in Delaware, where his family does their banking.
Dems the breaks
From a fan letter, a while back: “FDR had a relationship with his secretary, Eisenhower had his female driver, JFK was involved with many, Bill and Monica had their affair. Can you believe the Newark Star Ledger wrote: ‘Just close your eyes and vote for Menendez.’ Our society is corrupt.”
And now, the Star Ledger has nicknamed him Gold Bar Bob and described his political career as “pointless.”
The state of moneymakers
In each state, to be considered wealthy, one must earn:
West Virginia, $329,620
Mississippi, $333,597
New Mexico, $353,104
Arkansas, $377,043
Kentucky, $380,726
Indiana, $381,422
Louisiana, $384,432
Iowa, $386,152
Maine, $396,205
Alaska, $424,278
New York, $621,301
California — who cares, Tom Cruise makes more.
Luxe service with a sneer
Vuitton prides itself on its customer service. A customer tried to return a brand-new $14,000 leather handbag, which had been gifted the day before.
Despite knowing the buyer’s name, they refused the return due to the misplaced purchase receipt. After much argument, they reluctantly accepted the return but did not refund the $900 tax.
LVMH already owns three of the most prestigious properties in the shopping world. Vuitton, Tiffany’s, Bulgari at 57th and Fifth, and they are eyeing Bergdorf’s.
Recently, Bulgari charged over four figures to repair a customer’s watch that wasn’t working and took several months to return it.
Tiffany had a security guard follow a customer looking at a silver chain for purchase.
Some of the bad people in NYC aren’t just outside the stores.
It’s like when an unpaid hooker does a crossword puzzle — she only does the vertical. This way, she doesn’t have to go horizontal.
Only in New York, kids, only in New York.
