Former President Donald Trump’s trial is an example of the Democrats shaking the former president down (“Don’s 130 g wasn’t a payoff,” May 3).
Love him or hate him, Trump provided four years of strengthened borders, energy independence, low cost of living, affordable interest rates, and global peace. In return, the Democratic Party relentlessly pursues him in courtrooms like a pack of dogs.

Nothing represents New York’s foolishness quite like the Trump trials.
The extreme leftists leading the Democratic Party are twisting state misdemeanors into federal felonies. This type of behavior is only acceptable in today’s climate in New York.
The rest of the country, even blue-collar workers and taxi drivers, scoff at these political performances. The real question is, how will a jury of brainwashed New York Democrats vote?
Most anticipate they’ll follow the left-wing media’s lead.

In a disturbingly fascistic manner, Biden vilifies conservative patriots and abuses state power, transitioning from seeking justice to authoritarianism. Democrats disregard the Constitution and label it as democracy.

President Biden recently awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Rep. Nancy Pelosi, former Vice President Al Gore, and former Secretary of State John Kerry (“Biden WH in heavy medal,” May 4).
It seems Larry, Moe, and Curly weren’t available.

The latest recipients of the Medal of Freedom show that it has become a mere participation trophy for the left’s allies.
Among the honorees are a Vietnam War draft dodger, a climate change scammer, and a politician accused of insider trading while her district struggles.
The medal now holds the same value as a prize in a cereal box. Leave it to the Democrats to ruin everything good.

Pelosi, Kerry, and Gore received the Presidential Medals of Freedom not for a specific achievement, but solely for their positions in the Democratic Party.
Pelosi has shown that potential insider trading is permissible. Gore has profited from his climate scam, and if re-elected, Biden may award this medal to his son, Hunter, for avoiding personal responsibility.
