Take Action: Deport or Incarcerate Migrant Criminals, No More Second Chances

How many robberies, rapes, and murders will it take to end the madness of migrant crime?

Recent incidents in Gotham alone are shocking, with the perpetrators not only staying in America but often being released to continue terrorizing others. This cycle repeats time and time again.

It’s pure insanity.

Take Yohenry Brito, for example. An “asylum-seeking” criminal from Venezuela, arrested and released in three separate thefts, Brito later led a gang of fellow migrants in a violent attack on two NYPD officers.

Yes – even cops!

Was he deported? No. Put behind bars? No.

So Brito was free to commit robberies at two Sephora stores in recent weeks, according to the police.

This criminal clearly should have been sent back to his home country immediately – he has no right to be here, and the Biden-Harris administration simply “paroled” him. Yet, don’t be surprised if he is released once again.

Another example is the disturbing knife-point rape in Coney Island on Sunday.

David Davon-Bonilla, a migrant from Nicaragua, pleaded guilty to a brutal sexual assault last year. Yet, he was still allowed to stay here and was even released.

On Sunday, he allegedly threw a 46-year-old woman to the ground and raped her at knifepoint.

His alleged accomplice, migrant Leovando Mereno, reportedly attacked her boyfriend with a pipe when he tried to intervene, according to sources.

Sunday also saw a stabbing incident outside the Randall’s Island migrant shelter.

Then there’s Venezuelan migrant Daniel Hernandez Martinez, a prime example of migrant crime, who has been arrested numerous times on various charges and released every time.

It’s already troubling that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris choose to “parole” so many illegal migrants; what’s even more concerning is that violating that parole by committing more crimes goes unpunished.

Migrant criminals should be deported immediately or at least put behind bars.

They should not be given repeated chances. If some countries refuse to take them back, that is no excuse. The Biden-Harris administration can make an effort to send criminals to their home countries, which are often complicit in their infiltration into the United States.

If that is not possible, they should be held until they can be deported – and if detention facilities are lacking, more should be built.

It’s worth noting that Kamala Harris once promised to close all privately operated immigration detention centers (which make up the majority) “on Day 1” if elected president and even supported abolishing ICE.

Now, as the Democratic nominee, her aides state that she has abandoned those positions, but she has not rejected the current administration’s “parole them all” approach.

If the goal is to see more madness from migrant crime, then a vote for Harris-Walz is the way to go.
