The alleged media collusion over Biden’s health is a disgrace to the nation
My favorite English poet, Lord Byron, once wrote, “Of all the horrid, hideous notes of woe, Sadder than owl-songs or the midnight blast; Is that portentous phrase, ‘I told you so.’”
In today’s American vernacular, nobody appreciates a smart-ass Monday morning quarterback.
However, there are times when the phrase “I told you so” needs to be spoken to reveal those who saw the signs but remained silent.
The US mainstream media is currently focusing on President Biden’s cognitive decline with intense scrutiny.
Since his disastrous debate performance, liberal-leaning journalists have competed to express shock about their President’s physical and mental state.
And to that, I say, REALLY?
Were you truly surprised by Biden’s condition?
Did you not realize that the President is now struggling with coherence, moving slowly, and showing signs of mental decline?
With all respect to my colleagues, I call nonsense.
They have known about Biden’s declining condition for years, with visible signs in his public appearances.
From face-plants on stage to verbal gaffes, Biden’s issues have been well-documented.
While some chose to ignore or deny the truth, others, like myself, have highlighted these concerns in my columns for the New York Post.
Back in March 2022, after Biden’s questionable statements on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, I expressed concerns about his cognitive decline and the media’s reluctance to address it.
Two years have passed since then, and the situation has only worsened.
In July 2022, during discussions about the Supreme Court’s decision on Roe vs Wade, Biden struggled to read a prompt line, indicating his deteriorating condition.
I wrote then that it might be time to consider the 25th Amendment if Biden’s health continues to decline.
It may be time to invoke the 25th Amendment on ailing, failing Biden if he deteriorates further.

Subsequent incidents showed further lapses in Biden’s awareness, including forgetting people who had passed away.
In June 2023, Biden’s speech on gun control ended with an unrelated statement, raising more concerns about his cognitive state.
This pattern of behavior continued, with media downplaying or ignoring the signs.
Fast forward to the present, with Biden’s struggles becoming more evident, leading to public questioning about his fitness for office.
Despite these ongoing issues, Biden’s supporters are now calling for him to step down not out of concern for his well-being, but due to political fears.
This shift in narrative exposes a lack of sincerity and transparency in their previous defenses of Biden.
It is a disturbing revelation of their ulterior motives and the lengths to which they have gone to protect their political interests.
In conclusion, the truth about Biden’s condition has been evident for years, and those who spoke out were met with skepticism and criticism.
Now, as the reality becomes harder to ignore, the same individuals are changing their tune, not out of genuine concern, but to save face.
