Tim Walz’s dishonesty regarding his military service highlights his lack of leadership capabilities, contrasting with Kamala Harris’ truthful and exemplary leadership.

An article revealed that Tim Walz, Kamala Harris’ running mate, had falsely claimed to leave the National Guard with the high rank of Command Sgt. Major when he was actually demoted after his unit was called up to serve in Iraq in 2005.

This revelation raises concerns about Walz’s leadership credentials, especially as the Harris-Walz ticket takes shape.

Two of Walz’s former Guard colleagues, Command Sgts. Major Thomas Behrends and Paul Herr, accused him of leaving the unit in a time of need and not serving in combat despite previous claims.

In contrast, Walz’s GOP counterpart, J.D. Vance, who served in Iraq, has been challenging Walz and Harris, highlighting Harris’ lack of press engagement and policy clarity.

Vance’s willingness to address tough questions and confront challenges stands in stark contrast to Harris’ avoidance of live interviews and transparent policy discussions.

Americans value strong leadership, and the discrepancies in behavior between Walz and Harris and their political opponents are becoming increasingly apparent.
