Why I Believe Trump Will Win Again: My Experience by His Side in 2016
Donald Trump’s popularity with hard-working Americans remains a mystery to his critics, even a decade into his historic political movement. His supporters are often demonized, but these are good people who genuinely believe he can improve their lives and the country. They stand by him because he has already delivered on his promises before.
Back in early 2015, during my time working in communications at the Trump Organization, Trump shared with a small group his intention to run for president. From our very first trip to Iowa that January, I could sense he was going to win.
Our team had no seasoned political professionals, and most of us were unfamiliar with Iowa. But Trump, with his undeniable charisma, was offering the leadership that Americans were yearning for. He spoke openly and truthfully, even when his words were controversial.
He quickly became a target for the media and political elite but was adored by the ordinary people. He remained authentic, always dressed in a suit and tie, reflecting his commitment to success and America.
Trump’s refusal to fake humility and his unapologetic stance on his achievements resonated with his supporters. He exemplified the American dream and showed that it was attainable under the right leadership.
Throughout his campaign, Trump engaged with supporters on a personal level, from shaking hands and signing autographs to listening to their stories and offering support. His genuine interactions built an unbreakable bond of trust between him and his followers.
Trump’s victory in 2016 was not just a political upset but a testament to the American belief that anything is possible with perseverance and authenticity. Despite facing numerous challenges and relentless attacks, he remained true to himself and his convictions.
Four years later, as he seeks re-election, Trump continues to embody hard work, patriotism, and a commitment to making America better for all its citizens.
